776BC Master Trainer

on July 21, 2016
The best role models and leaders can have many different characteristics, but the one common thread is that they always lead by example. As a Junior and U23 World Champion, Olympic Medallist, Director of Rowing at one of Melbourne’s top schools, and holder of 2 different 24hr World Records, Matt Ryan clearly knows how to walk the walk. Matt has been involved at the elite level of sport for close to two decades. He has tested his body’s limits, bounced back from crippling injuries, and reached the pinnacle of sport, all of which has given him an incredible wealth of experience. When you break it all down, there is no magic to elite performance. Call it old-school, but Matt’s approach is about keeping it simple, having some clear goals you’re driving towards, working hard, and not looking for any short cuts. But at the heart of it, it is about enjoying what you do, and if you have a team you can enjoy that journey with, the rewards are even richer. Matt is the Master Trainer for the 776BC Academy, which offers opportunities through camps, training programs and other experiences to tap into the elite athlete world of high performance, where you get to learn from the best, to be your best. Join us for the first 776BC Academy Camp this September. Secure your place for your opportunity to get your winning edge. Find out more here.
