1. Exercise Bike, Treadmill or Erg 30mins Warm up 10mins 20 seconds absolutely flat out / 40 seconds light X 15 Warm down 5mins
2. Jog, Exercise Bike or Erg 30mins Steady session including 15 burpees every 5mins of time.
3. Body Weight Circuit 10reps > 1rep Start with 10 reps of each exercise and then continuously back to the start for 9 reps, then 8,7,6 etc down to 1. 1. Burpees 2. Lunges 3. Push ups 4. Squats 5. Sit ups
Time how long it takes to complete the circuit and try to improve each week.
