Q: How can I be sure that my order was received?
A: An order confirmation will be sent to your email address once the payment transaction has been processed.

A: 776BC uses secure payment gateway Shopify Payments in conjunction with the National Australia Bank to process all transactions on 776BC.com.

Q: Can I return my order for an exchange or refund?
A: If you're not 100% satisified with your purchase, 776BC will be happy to provide you with an exchange, refund, or repair within the guidelines outlined in the 776BC Returns and Exchange policy.


Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order you must alert 776BC within 3 hours of placing the order via email info@776bc.com.  776BC will contact you to process the cancellation.  If the order has already been despatched you will need to return the order. 776BC will be happy to process a refund for 100% of the purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods.


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders placed at www.776bc.com.au with Standard Shipping will be despatched the next business day. Shipping can take between 1 and 5 business days. All Express Shipments placed before 1pm, will be delivered the following business day as long as the delivery address is within the Australia Post Express delivery zone. Please allow 10-30 working days for International Shipments.
